I hold on Trusts the sum of $68 million. The Trustor is my client and he died 5 years ago without any written WILL attached to $68 million. The Trust Agreement signed with the Trustor permits me to appoint a Beneficiary/Inheritor of the said funds in the event of death of the Trustor.
