The more sleep you get, the easier a time your system will have preventing infection and then getting rid of it if it happens to take hold of you anyway.
3. Drink lots of water. The entire body requires at least sixty four ounces of water a day to survive. Staying correctly hydrated is how your body is able to flush the toxins out of your system. If you don't get the suitable hydration, microbes hang out inside of you rather than being flushed out. Remember: you can last for about seven days with no needing to take in more solid food. Without drinking water, you will only last a day or two. That alone should remind everyone how essential it is to stay hydrated.
The common cold does not genuinely have a proper remedy. All you have is good sense and taking preventative measures like washing your hands, getting enough rest and staying hydrated.
