Don't wear robust perfumes and colognes. In other words, don't smell like a flower. This is perhaps the very first thing that you will need to do if you want to avoid bee stings. The reason behind the same is that bees and wasps can detect floral smells from a distance. Therefore they will be drawn to you, if you're wearing an analogous smell. They'll land on you desiring to investigate you and may sting you in the procedure.

To sniff like a flower is something you have to avoid but you must also avoid looking like one. Thus, you should avoid wearing bright colored clothes and especially those that have a floral print. This is the most important reason why bee keepers typically wear only white clothing. Wearing white, khakhi, beige and such colors wouldn't attract bees towards you.

Next you want to ensure you do not walk barefooted. This is dodgy as it's been revealed that numerous bees and wasps have their homes in grounds. Therefore, if you walk barefoot and you step near their nests, you are at a risk of a bee sting. Therefore, it's crucial to keep your feet properly covered.

You have to also avoid wearing loose clothes. Lose or sick fitted clothing provides a quick access to bees and wasps to pass thru and reach your skin. Once the bee is within your shirt, it is sure to stick to your body. You can end up slapping it in self defense and may just be able to do so successfully even. But, in several cases, slapping may not lead directly to death of the bee but you getting stung by it.

Keep your automobile windows rolled up. You'll often find bees and wasps getting trapped inside cars and panicking to discover a way out. This is often a tiny worrying especially when you're driving.

Bee stings are as it is difficult to handle. And, if you're affected by a skin problem like acne together with it, you are in for more issues. Hence it's way better that you take steps ahead and avoid the problem all together.
